      Upcoming Events at the Museum:

The annual free Nissan Seminar for Educators will be held on August 2, from 9:00 to 3:00. Topics will be suitable to all grade levels and subjects.  On July 19 the Museum will host the Rwanda and Afghanistan Ladies Dinner. Twenty women from each country are invited to America to learn about the practice of small business. The dinner will honor Terry Neece, the Founder and CEO of the Institute of Economic Empowerment of Women (IEEW). The dinner will be provided by Chris Carol Enterprises. Dinner music will be provided by Carol West; State Representative Yvonne Davis will be giving a presentation.

Exhibit of European hand colored etchings is on display in the hallway next to the community room. Most depict scenes from classical mythology or scenic views. Fashion plates are on display by the food service area.

Saturday July 28 at 7:00pm :  film “Loving Vincent”.  Mystery surrounds the death of painter Vincent van Gogh in 1890 France. This film is an amazing work of animation; each frame is oil painted; it took 7 years to make.
